Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Orthotic Technician who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a quality-driven production environment, and takes pride in creating high-quality products. You will work closely with a dedicated team to fabricate custom foot orthotics that meet strict standards and specifications.

Primary Responsibilities:

Fabricate custom orthotic products using specialized tools, machinery, and materials

Perform detailed finishing, assembly, and quality assurance inspections

Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety protocols

Accurately follow specifications, instructions, and documentation

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Provide input on process improvements and assist in training new team members as needed

Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to work meticulously and accurately in detail-oriented tasks

Comfort with machinery, hand tools, and technical equipment

Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Team-oriented attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability

Preferred (but not required) Qualifications:

Previous hands-on experience in manufacturing, orthotics, prosthetics, footwear production, or a related precision craftsmanship role

Familiarity with materials such as polypropylene, EVA, and foams
