Busken Bakery Job Opportunity

From the happiest of birthdays to times when offering somebody a donut makes all the difference in the world baking and making memories every day is what we do.

Front Counter Associates get to be the real life face behind our classic happy face cookies and are the front line ambassadors bringing joy to our community through cookies, cakes, donuts, and more!

Hours:

  • Part time
  • Days vary Monday - Saturday (closed Sundays)
  • Shift is flexible and can be between the hours of 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • We are flexible and can accommodate varying schedules to fit your lifestyle!

Job Duties:

  • Connect with Busken guests to provide legendary customer service experiences in-person, via phone, and via email
  • Keep a positive attitude and always be alert when guests enter the bakery
  • Know and effectively execute all cash handling procedures
  • Package baked goods as needed and label accordingly
  • Assist with daily and weekly cleaning requirements
  • Follow all safety and sanitation regulations in accordance with
  • Any other duties necessary to achieve successful store operations

Qualifications:

  • Available to work Saturdays
  • Previous cash handling experience preferred
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to frequently lift 25 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stoop and stand for up to 8 hour shifts
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Busken Bakery, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on skill and experience along with health, dental, 401K and other benefits. All candidates who are offered a position will be required to successfully complete a background check. Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
