What are Deep Fryers?

Deep fryers are kitchen appliances or commercial equipment designed to cook food by immersing it in hot oil. They are commonly used in restaurants and homes to prepare foods like French fries, chicken, and donuts, providing a crispy texture and even cooking. Deep fryers come in various sizes, from small countertop models for household use to large industrial units for high-volume cooking. They often include features such as temperature controls, baskets for lowering and raising food, and safety mechanisms to prevent overheating. Proper maintenance and oil management are important for ensuring food quality and safety.
