Tom Wood Honda is excited to be transitioning to a brand-new dealership facility in Whitestown, IN, (near Zionsville, North Brownsburg, and West Carmel) and is expected to open early 2027. Team members hired now will have the opportunity to grow with us through this exciting transition. Service Advisor

Schedule:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

What You’ll Do Customer Experience & Communication
  • Deliver a warm, professional, concierge-level greeting to every client

  • Actively listen to customer concerns and clearly explain service recommendations

  • Maintain consistent communication regarding repair status, timelines, and additional needs

  • Build long-term customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business

Service & Repair Coordination
  • Accurately write repair orders reflecting customer concerns and technician findings

  • Collaborate with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficient workflow

  • Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance

  • Review completed work with customers and explain findings clearly and confidently

Sales & Performance
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle condition

  • Achieve service sales goals while maintaining honesty, transparency, and trust

  • Promote dealership programs, warranties, and service packages


Qualifications
  • Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience required

  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance, and repair processes

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency with dealership management systems (Xtime, Dealertrack, etc.)

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy

  • Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury brand

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
