*Must have Dealership Service Management Experience*

Pay: $125,000-$150,000/ annually (Commission Position)ย 

The Service Manager will helpย lead a team of service professionals to deliver exceptional value and satisfaction to our customers on a continuous basis. You will help plan, train, lead, and monitor the performance of service advisors, service technicians, and support staff to promote 100% customer satisfaction and revenue growth in line with targeted business and financial objectives.ย

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with all dealership personnel to ensure superior quality of service is delivered
  • Supervise the activities of automotive service technicians to ensure efficient job performance and timely repairs
  • Evaluate the performance of automotive service staff in order to acknowledge efficient employees and guide underperforming ones
  • Interview, hire, and mentor service advisors and technicians
  • Listen to client complaints and assist in addressing their issues and resolving challenges
  • Oversee the disposal of wastes such as used engine oil, soot to ensure adherence to health and safety laws
  • Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to their skills
Qualifications
  • 2-5 Years of experience as a Dealership Service Manager
  • Proven leadership ability to mentor and train team members
  • Proficient time management and organizational skills
  • Exemplary communication and customer service skills
