Service Advisor:

Luxury Imports of Bowling Green is looking for an A player to join our team.  Luxury Imports of Bowling Green believes that its strength, continued success, future growth and profitability depend on building trusting relationships with our team members, customers and industry partners.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure automotive technicians provide you with a comprehensive and detailed inspection.

  • Ensure all inspection results are estimated and clearly communicated to the Customer.

  • Secure Customer authorization for minor and major automotive repairs and services.

  • Help manage shop work-flow and properly set Customer expectation with respect to completion of repairs.

  • Ensure customer service area/lobby are kept in presentable condition.

  • Performing shop opening and closing procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Top Tier CSI is a must.

  • Must be comfortable selling and closing all types of sales including tires.

  • Must be energetic and have a positive, upbeat personality!

  • Must be able to hit monthly goals.

  • automate dms experience helpful.

  • Automotive dealership experience is required, Highline experience preferred

  • Be a top performer

Advisor responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Greeting customers promptly

  • Obtaining customer and vehicle information

  • Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer

  • Determining and recommending needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle

  • Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts

  • Establish follow up time

  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently

  • Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order

  • Explaining all completed work and charges to customers
