Go RV & Marine Leduc is hiring a customer-focused Service Advisor who can communicate clearly, stay organized and confidently recommend service solutions. You will guide customers through the repair process while coordinating with technicians and parts to keep work moving efficiently.

Automotive, RV, marine, powersports or related service experience would be valuable. For the right candidate, RV-specific product knowledge can be learned.

  • Welcome customers and listen carefully to their service concerns
  • Open, maintain and close accurate repair orders
  • Explain inspections, estimates, repairs and invoices in clear language
  • Recommend required maintenance, repairs and service products

  • Coordinate with technicians and parts staff throughout the repair process
