Position: Service Director
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Required
Earnings: $12,000-$20,000
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday with weekends as needed.
You will report to the General manager of your respective dealership.
This is not a remote position.

Relevant Work Experience:
  • 5+ years of progressive dealership operations experience, preferably working as a Service Manager or Fixed Operations Director. Service Advisor experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in CDK, ability to write op codes, electronic multi-point utilization, and a proven track record of delivering CSI ahead of OEM benchmarks.
  • Understanding of dispatch processes, electronic MPI tools, declined services and DMS reporting.
  • Understanding of OEM warranty claim requirements and manufacture KPIs.
  • Proven leadership ability to mentor and train others.
  • Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills when working with customers, team members, and automotive colleagues.
  • Competitive and self-motivated attitude with eagerness to improve.
  • Proficient computer skills such as CDK, Microsoft Office, etc.
  • Professional appearance, demeanor and work ethic.
  • Knowledge of X-Time.
