Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and experienced F&I Director to lead our Finance & Insurance department. This individual will oversee all aspects of the F&I operation, drive profitability, ensure compliance, and elevate the customer experience while developing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the F&I department to meet and exceed revenue and performance goalsย 
  • Oversee all deal structures, ensuring profitability and compliance with all federal, state, and lender regulationsย 
  • Maintain strong relationships with lenders and product providers to secure competitive financing options ย ย ย ย ย 
  • Monitor F&I metrics including PVR, product penetration, and CITย 
  • Train, coach, and develop F&I Managers and Sales staff to maximize performanceย 
  • Ensure a seamless, transparent, and positive customer finance experienceย 
  • Review and finalize deals for accuracy and complianceย 
  • Stay current with industry regulations, finance programs, and compliance standardsย 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive automotive F&I experience, including at least 2 years in management or director-level role
  • Strong track record of achieving high PVR and product penetrationย 
  • Deep knowledge of compliance, lender programs, and deal structuringย 
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a high-performing teamย 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environmentย 
  • Experience with CDK DMS and F&I software systemsย 
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment.
