Job description

This position involves managing a wide variety of administrative tasks that keep the dealership running seamlessly. The administrator is responsible for processing all necessary vehicle paperwork with precision and attention to detail, which includes handling titles, registrations, lien releases, and sales documentation. By maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of our vehicle inventory, both new and pre-owned, the administrator helps guarantee availability and compliance with company and regulatory standards. In addition, the Dealership Administrator supports multiple departments including sales, service, and finance, acting as a central point of coordination to ensure deals are finalized quickly and accurately. Their work ensures an excellent customer experience by facilitating smooth transactions and promptly addressing any paperwork or administrative issues. They also uphold strict adherence to all legal and regulatory compliance requirements, safeguarding the dealership's reputation and operational integrity.
Responsibilities
  • Documentation Management: Efficiently process all vehicle sales paperwork, including titles, registrations, lien releases, and related legal documents. Ensure every document is accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner, helping to avoid delays or errors that could impact the customer's purchase experience or dealership compliance.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain meticulous vehicle inventory records, including tagging, tracking, and auditing of both new and used vehicles. This responsibility includes coordinating with the lot team and sales personnel to ensure that the inventory data is accurate and reflects actual stock, supporting effective sales operations and inventory forecasting.
