The Dealer Performance Manager (DPM) serves as the critical link between corporate transformation initiatives and dealership-level execution, ensuring that new technologies, operational programs, and AI-powered customer engagement tools are successfully adopted, understood, and embraced by dealership teams.The DPM operates with a consultative and collaborative approach, focused on building trust with General Managers, Department Heads, and frontline associates while driving accountability to transformation milestones.
