Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead, coach, and elevate our BDC team. This role is responsible for driving performance, accountability, and consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, train, and develop a team of BDRs
  • Track and manage KPIs: calls, appointments set/shown, and sold
  • Enforce CRM processes and ensure quality follow-up
  • Improve appointment show rates and conversion performance
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Service leadership
  • Monitor call quality, provide coaching, and drive accountability
  • Analyze data and implement strategies to improve results
