Job description

At Adalema Business Group, we’re building a next-generation automotive platform that connects real buyers with real dealers through a powerful inquiry-based system. As we scale toward launch, we’re looking for driven, high-level individuals who can help us grow our dealer network and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated, confident, and relationship-driven professional who thrives in sales and understands how to build trust quickly.

This role is perfect for someone who:

Is naturally strong in sales and communication

  • Can confidently present value and close dealer partnerships
  • Has experience in automotive, SaaS, or B2B sales (preferred but not required)
  • Is organized and capable of guiding clients through onboarding step-by-step
  • Brings energy, persistence, and professionalism to every interaction

Key Responsibilities

Dealer Acquisition (Sales Focus)

  • Reach out to dealerships and decision-makers
  • Present the Carnection iQ platform and its value
  • Close new dealer partnerships and subscriptions
  • Build long-term relationships with dealers

Dealer Onboarding

  • Walk dealers through setup and platform integration
  • Assist with onboarding their inventory/CRM connections
  • Ensure dealers fully understand how to use the platform
  • Provide ongoing support during early adoption

Growth & Retention

  • Maintain strong dealer relationships post-onboarding
  • Help dealers maximize ROI and platform usage
  • Gather feedback to improve the onboarding experience

We provide hands-on, live training to ensure you’re fully equipped for success. This includes a complete walkthrough of the Carnection iQ platform, proven sales scripts, and a structured approach to effectively engage and onboard dealers.

During our MVP pilot phase, dealers are able to join the platform at no cost, giving you a strong advantage when presenting the opportunity. We also provide targeted areas of focus, along with clear guidance on how to position the platform and deliver compelling demos to dealership partners.

Our goal is to give you everything you need — from training to tools — to confidently present, close, and onboard dealers at a high level.

This position is hybrid, driving from location to location, but will have 2 in person meetings a week at the office as well as 1 meeting a week on google meet.

Company Description

We’re in launch mode and rapidly expanding our dealer network across multiple markets. This is an opportunity to get in early with a platform built to scale nationally. Must be willing to drive to multiple dealerships to onboard and explain platform to dealers.

We’re looking for driven individuals who want to be part of something big, grow with the company, and capitalize on a high-income opportunity tied to performance.
