Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, with 28 locations across the country, AXLE Funding partners with independent dealers to grow their businesses through timely support, trusted guidance, and consistent follow-through.
Position Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing all AXLE Funding activity within an assigned territory. This role blends sales, dealer relationship management, collections, compliance oversight, and daily operational execution.
The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for dealer partners while coordinating with internal teams and auction partners to support market performance and portfolio health. This role requires strong self-management, consistent communication, and the ability to operate independently in a remote environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
โ€ข Build and maintain strong professional relationships with current and prospective dealers through calls, texts, and in-person visits as needed
โ€ข Drive dealer growth by clearly communicating AXLE Funding programs, policies, and product offerings
โ€ข Monitor dealer account performance, utilization, and aging to identify potential risk or delinquency
โ€ข Proactively address collection and compliance concerns within the assigned territory
โ€ข Execute contracts, term sheets, and onboarding documentation while educating dealers on products and fee structures
โ€ข Maintain accurate and timely documentation within CRM and internal systems
โ€ข Coordinate with internal teams including credit, operations, and funding to ensure a seamless dealer experience
โ€ข Engage with auction partners and industry channels to source and support dealer relationships
โ€ข Participate in promotions, campaigns, and company initiatives within the territory
