Role Purpose

This role is responsible for helping identify and evaluate residential investment opportunities by conducting market research, sourcing potential deals, and organizing property data. Your analysis will support acquisition decisions and contribute to the growth of HEXAโ€™s real estate portfolio. Fluency in both Vietnamese and English is required for this position.

How We Work

This is a part-time, 100% remote position with Zoom meetings required during working hours.

  • Monday to Friday: 8PM-12AM
  • Total of 4 hours a day, 20 hours a week
What You Will Do
  • Research and analyze residential real estate markets, pricing trends, rental demand, and economic indicators.
  • Prepare market research reports with investment insights and property comparisons.
  • Source potential acquisition opportunities through online research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Build relationships with brokers, property owners, and other industry professionals.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain property financial data and acquisition records.
  • Support investment analysis, due diligence, and other acquisition-related projects.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Managers.
What You Bring
  • Background:5 years of experience in real estate, investment analysis, market research, acquisitions, marketing or a related field and Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Language & Communication: Professional working proficiency in English and Vietnamese. Confident in communicating with leasing offices, property managers, brokers, and owners via phone and email to gather market information.
  • Remote Expertise: Proven experience in remote work; or, if new to remote, must demonstrate high tech-savviness and a fast, adaptable learning style.
  • Technical Skill: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and identify meaningful market trends. Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, able to organize information into structured reports that support business decisions.
  • Preferable Skill: Familiar with rental market terminology, lease structures, utility responsibilities, concessions, fees, occupancy, and property operating metrics.
What Success Look Like
  • Deliver clear and accurate market research reports with actionable investment insights.
  • Compare properties using rental comps, sales comps, financials, and market data to identify the strongest investment opportunities.
  • Gather and verify complete property information through research and direct outreach to leasing offices, brokers, and property owners.
  • Present complex data in a clear, organized, and visual format for efficient decision-making.
  • Maintain an accurate and well-organized acquisition pipeline with up-to-date market intelligence.
  • Proactively identify high-potential investment opportunities that contribute to portfolio growth.
