Our client-centered approach positions us as a leader in addiction treatment in Pennsylvania. We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our team of behavioral healthcare professionals in aiding clients on their recovery journey.

Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and support medical staff with documentation and filing.
- Complete medical records and assist with client admissions and consent processes.
- Obtain vital signs and conduct urine screens, documenting outcomes for medical team review.
- Complete lab requisitions on admission and as needed, and monitor outcomes with the medical team.
- Create and distribute client packets and maintain a safe physical environment.
- Maintain therapeutic relationships with clients and document changes to client status.
- Support the prior authorization and medication ordering process as needed.
- Schedule follow-up medical appointments and make external referrals for clients as directed.

Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant degree/certification preferred but not required.
