We are a community-based holistic group practice and behavioral health wellness program that provides counseling/psychotherapy, psychiatry, EMDR, Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program services (PRP), Substance Use Treatment, Respite, and a variety of wellness services (anger management certification, reiki, life coaching, and parenting certifications) to individuals and families in Maryland. We specialize in children adolescents and families. Helps us help others "Reach Their Highest Self"

As a rapidly growing organization, we are looking for talented staff members to join our team. Divine Counseling, LLC are seeking one qualified Psychiatrist to provide clinical oversight of our programs. You are able to create your own flexible schedule.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments for patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
  • Provide ongoing mental health counseling and support to patients in both clinic and hospital settings.
  • Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver care remotely as needed.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and primary care providers.
  • Manage crisis situations effectively, ensuring patient safety and appropriate interventions.
  • Participate in data collection for quality improvement initiatives within the practice.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in psychiatry and behavioral health.
