Role Description:
All Pointe Care supports individuals and families connected with DCF and DDS. The Program Coordinator is centered on coordination, communication, staff support, and identifying opportunities to grow agency staffing and services across group homes, day programs, Supervised Visits, Therapeutic Supports, and other programs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with DCF and DDS affiliates to ensure individuals receive appropriate supports and services.
  • Coordinate staffing and schedules across group homes, day programs, Supervised Visits, Therapeutic Supports, and other services.
  • Fill shifts and respond quickly to unexpected staffing needs.
  • Identify staffing gaps and growth opportunities to help the agency expand its services and ability to accept new referrals.
  • Recruit and connect staff with opportunities that meet program and individual needs.
  • Support staff and help ensure they have the resources and guidance needed to provide quality care.
  • Build strong communication and collaboration between All Pointe Care, DCF, DDS, staff, managers, and other partners.
  • Problem-solve staffing and scheduling challenges while coordinating multiple priorities and service areas.

Additional Role - DCF Credentialed Supervisor:
A key part of the role would be becoming credentialed through DCF. This credential would allow you to provide direct supervision, guidance, and support to staff working in several areas.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, can manage multiple tasks at once, and is comfortable coordinating across multiple programs and service areas.
