Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Daycare Teacher to join our team! You will be responsible for encouraging childrenโ€™s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, and creative. If you have a passion for helping children learn and reach their potential, we want to hear from you!
Lead and manage a classroom in compliance with DCYF licensing standards- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum- Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and support staff- Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment- Observe, document, and assess childrenโ€™s development- Communicate effectively with families and school leadership- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations

Responsibilitiesย 
  • Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate
  • Design a daily and weekly schedule
  • Provide basic care and caregiving activities
  • Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones
