Job description

Four-Legged Fun Zone in Everett, WA is seeking an experienced Dog Daycare Wrangler to lead safe, structured off-leash playgroups. This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for a proven professional who can confidently assess dog personalities, create balanced playgroups, and manage group dynamics independently while providing exceptional care and client service.

Why You'll Love Working at Four-Legged Fun Zone

  1. Quality Over Quantity: We cap our playgroups at 15 dogs per handler so experienced handlers have the time to actively manage behavior.
  2. Professional Autonomy: We hire experienced handlers to make decisions—not simply follow directions. Your observations, judgment, and behavior management skills are trusted and valued.
  3. Predictable Schedule & Reliable Paycheck: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. Consistent hours with no evenings, weekends, on-call shifts, or last-minute schedule changes.
  4. Respect for Your Personal Time: When you're off the clock, you're off the clock. We don't contact employees with work calls, texts, or requests to cover shifts outside their scheduled work hours.
  5. Bring Your Dog to Work: Eligible employees may bring their well-socialized dog to work, subject to compatibility and our evaluation process.
  6. A Place to Recharge: Enjoy a dedicated break room where you can step away from the dogs and recharge during your lunch break.
