Position Overview:
STATE FARM SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED -Requirements-
1. Must have State Farm SALES experience
2. Be licensed in P&C and Life/Health in the state of Texas
3. UNLIMITED COMMISSIONS!

My name is Alan Neal, and I am an independent contractor agent for State Farm and any employment offered will be working for Alan Neal State Farm Agency and not State Farm.
State Farm Agents market only State Farm products.
Responsibilities:
  • Selling Home, Auto, Life and Health (STDI) insurance
  • Follow the processes, word tracks and multiline to each customer
  • Establish customer relationships and follow ups
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance products
  • Call on internet leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and offer appropriate products and services modified to fit each customers individual needs
  • The ability to successfully sell Home, Auto, Life and Health insurance, ask for referrals and Google reviews
  • Achieve monthly goals for commissions
  • Call internet leads & follow the process
  • Search in book opportunities to multi-line
