This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Miami, Florida, while maintaining vital connections with colleagues and clients. Our remote infrastructure is designed to support seamless collaboration and communication within our team. We employ modern digital tools to ensure that you can deliver quality care and maintain therapeutic relationships regardless of physical location.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments tailored to the individual needs of clients in a detox center setting.
• Engage in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that guide intervention strategies.
• Monitor progress and outcomes in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Build rapport with clients and their families, creating a safe and supportive environment conducive to recovery and personal growth.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment approaches to enhance client engagement and therapeutic effectiveness.
• Administer assessments and implement the IFSP, adjusting goals and services based on changing needs and progress.
• Provide education, skills training, and emotional support to families, equipping them with tools needed for promoting healthy child development.
• Compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations to uphold the highest standards of care.

The focus of this role is on providing care to young children facing developmental delays, disabilities, or challenging life circumstances within the context of detox services. You will collaborate with families to foster the growth of their children’s physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills during a formative period in their lives. The commitment to serving as a supportive ally for both children and their families is central to our approach.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work.
• Current licensure as an LCSW by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver's license for transportation to client meetings and assessments as needed.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt strategies according to diverse learning styles and individualized treatment plans.
• Proven experience (minimum of one year) working with children in early intervention settings.

• Commitment to and understanding of Natural Learning Environment Practices.
• Bilingual proficiency is encouraged, enhancing communication with a wider array of clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize various responsibilities efficiently.
• Exemplary communication skills and a respectful approach to teamwork and collaboration.
