• Conduct initial assessments and create personalized treatment plans for clients, ensuring individualized care that addresses specific mental health challenges.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state laws and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and proper record-keeping.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and case managers, to offer integrated and holistic treatment plans for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay informed about the latest research and methodologies in mental health.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings to enhance client care and refine treatment strategies.

You will work primarily with adult clients facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance abuse. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with diverse clientele.
• Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and relevant applications.

• A successful track record of working within a collaborative healthcare environment.
