Established in 1970, Boley Centers, Inc. is a private, non-profit organization serving individuals with mental disabilities, individuals and families who are homeless, Veterans and youth in Pinellas County.

We are looking for an energetic and compassionate Group Leader to facilitate engaging, structured groups in a supportive day treatment setting. Enjoy a consistent daytime schedule with no nights or weekends.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead engaging groups focused on coping skills, wellness, and daily living
  • Foster a supportive, positive environment for client growth
  • Complete simple, timely documentation
  • Collaborate with a supportive, team-oriented staff

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field required
  • Experience in mental health, substance use, or group facilitation preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
