with 10+ years of experience to manage and optimize onsite datacenter operations for Lattice. Responsibilities include overseeing datacenter architecture, capacity planning, uptime, maintenance, vendor management, and operational procedures. Must have strong technical knowledge of servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and facility systems (power/cooling). Excellent leadership and communication required.
