Job Description:
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic and detail-focused team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality multimedia content that promotes the company's services, enhances brand awareness, and strengthens customer engagement. This role develops and manages digital content across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, video, website content, and other marketing communications. The Marketing Coordinator ensures all content aligns with the company's brand standards, messaging, and marketing strategy while maintaining consistency across internal and external communications.

In addition to content creatioin, this position supports the planning and execution of markeging campaigns, assists with video production, coordinates content calendars, monitors social medical activity, tracks campaign performance, and identifies opportunities to increase audience engagement. The Marketing Coordinator also collaborates with internal temas to develop compelling marketing materials, highlight company initiatives, and communicate key messages through creative and effective visual and written content

Responsibilities

  • Plan, produce, and deliver channel-appropriate marketing materials for the organization, including email content, social media content, and basic presentations.
  • Support digital marketing efforts, including social media scheduling, website updates, email campaigns, and online listings.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, asset production schedules, and content calendars to ensure timely, consistent execution across marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze and interpret digital performance, social media, and customer engagement data; communicate actionable insights to the Marketing Team and other business stakeholders, and execute approved recommendations to improve performance and user experience.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with external creative agencies to oversee the design, development, and timely delivery of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and promotional assets, while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Service, and Operations, to ensure consistent messaging and brand standards.
  • Assist with event planning, community outreach, client appreciation activities, trade shows, or service promotions.
  • Maintain customer databases, marketing calendars, contact lists, and campaign records.
  • Build and maintain a structured library of reusable digital assets, including naming conventions and folder categorization that support efficient team access and long-term scalability.
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research to support marketing planning and service positioning.
  • Track established social media Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare monthly reports for the Marketing Team.
  • Executive projects on time, meet business expectations, and coordinate with internal or external parties to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Respond professionally to marketing-related inquiries and support customer communication efforts as needed.
  • Perform administrative tasks that support the Marketing department's daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
  • Internship, coursework, volunteer, customer service, or part-time experience related to marketing, sales, or another service environment is helpful but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communicaions skills.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles, branding, social medical, and customer engagement.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications; experience with customer relationship management (CRM), Canva, email marketing platforms, social media tools, and basic analytics. Preferred software experience: Claude (Design), Zoho, Constant Contact, and MS Dynamics (CRM).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Customer-focused mindset and interest in service-based business operations.
  • Creativity in developing content and promotional ideas.
  • Ability to edit, format, and adapt approved marketing copy for different channels and audiences; copywriting skills are a plus.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Flexible start time (8:00 or 8:30 a.m.)
  • Onsite fulltime for six months / transitions to hybrid (1 day remote/4 in office thereafter)
