Job description

Beloit Health System is seeking an energetic and results-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

  • Shift: 1st shift
  • Schedule: 8a-4:30p
  • Hours per week: 40 hours per week
  • Benefits Status: Benefits Eligible
  • Department: Community Relations

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for digital marketing, covering all social media platforms, website management, printed materials, AI and email marketing. The Marketing Coordinator will assist with the planning and event management of two Hospice fundraisers annually.

The Marketing Coordinator will:

  • Complete various marketing duties, including digital planning and website content management.
  • Support marketing campaigns, and promote awareness of services among healthcare professionals, patients, families, and community partners.
  • Manage social media including but not limited to Facebook, Instragram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage and coordinate Fall Hospice Fundraiser and Doves and Diamonds.
  • Facilitate other fundraisers throughout the year.
  • Create articles for publications and coordinate printing and distribution with vendors.
  • Complete special projects assigned on time and with a high level of quality.
  • Support other marketing and community relations events.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • Strong computer skills, experience in database management
  • Experience in Community Services, nonprofit sector a plus
  • Digital marketing experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and work under pressure
  • Excellent research, data gathering and writing skills required
  • Grand writing experience is a plus
