We are seeking an experienced Database Lead Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations, monitoring, and optimization of our enterprise database infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in operational management of cloud-native database solutions, particularly Oracle RDS and Aurora PostgreSQL, combined with strong Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform. This role requires both operational leadership and hands-on database operations skills to ensure maximum uptime, performance, and reliability of our critical data systems.
Key Responsibilities
Database Operations Management
โ€ข Oversee 24/7 operations of Oracle RDS and Aurora PostgreSQL production environments
โ€ข Lead incident response and resolution for database-related issues and outages
โ€ข Manage database performance monitoring, alerting, and proactive optimization

Infrastructure Operations
