Position Description: Assist business unit marketing team with activities related to business development proposals, presentations, research, and development of marketing materials.
Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:
  • Assigned to business unit marketing team to assist with various marketing activities to acquire industry knowledge of:
    • Supporting production of business development proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
    • Conducting research and updating marketing databases across various system platforms, including with sales and customer related data, including project/role descriptions, sales leads, staff resumes, client contact lists, pursuit and project information.
    • Graphic production and content development of marketing materials, digital asset management, and social media marketing.
    • Maintaining brand standards across marketing materials.
  • Provide supervisor with periodic status or progress reports.
  • Maintain professionalism with company employees, clients, and vendors.
  • Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Enrolled in college or university with accredited degree program in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Attention to detail and highly organized with good time management skills
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills with ability to proofread
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and participate
  • Able to quickly learn and process information, take direction, follow tasks through to completion, and work in deadline-driven and team environment
  • Proficient use of Microsoft suite of applications
  • Flexible to work up to 40 hours per week or more as required
  • Reliable transportation and able to travel as requested
