Position Overview

Riverside Research’s Intelligence and Defense Solutions Directorate is seeking a Database Engineer for an opportunity in Charlottesville, Virginia or Fairfax, VA.

Responsibilities

  • Support database development and upgrades
  • Serves as database engineer assisting with standards development, operations, and processes for database entry and maintenance
  • Support the development of pattern analysis processes to support advanced analytics requirements
  • Produce system analysis approach to multi-faceted activities
  • Coordinate with external agencies and research partners on emerging methods and technologies for the data management

Qualifications

  • Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication
  • BS degree in business, math, data, computer sciences, or equivalent
  • 3-5 years’ experience in related field
  • Ability to get/maintain CI Polygraph clearance
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction; effective/efficient written/verbal communication skills
