Job description

Metal-Tech Partners is seeking a full-timeย Office Assistantย to join our team in Geneva, Nebraska.

Driven by the individual needs of its customers, Metal-Tech Partners has rapidly grown into a multimillion-dollar international business by providing custom manufacturing and fabrication of telecommunication equipment. Despite our growth, we have retained our ability to treat the customers with the individual attention they deserve.

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Customer Service
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Shipping
  • Order Entry
  • Job Entry

This position works under the direction of the Office Manager.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Business Degree, Accounting Experience or Bookkeeping Experience is preferred but not required
  • Customer Service experience preferred but not required
  • Highly Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong computer skills: spreadsheets and database
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently and communicate within a team environment
