Overview
Join our team as an Administrative Assistant where you'll skillfully collaborate with our project management, estimating, service, and sales departments. You'll excel in this role if you're proficient in Excel and Word, and bring excellent customer service skills to every interaction. We value candidates with exceptional organizational skills who are ready to contribute meaningfully to project coordination.
Responsibilities
  • Weekly Payroll
  • Maintain office supplies.
  • Provide department managers with full administrative support by entering information into various databases.
  • Assist the estimating department with the preparation of bid packages.
  • Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
  • Support core operations through general administrative duties including copying, faxing, filing, organizing, mailing, and document development.
  • Other Administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree
  • One year of experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Exceptional ability to multitask while maintaining strong organizational focus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to supporting internal and external stakeholders.
