I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm Agency Field Specialist, State Farm Team Member, and in banking. Those experiences helped shape my passion for helping people, developing others, and building strong customer relationships.
I am a graduate of Florida State University and the United States Merchant Marine Academy. My wife and I have been married for more than 20 years, and we have three children. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, hiking, traveling, coaching youth sports, and staying involved in the community. I also serve as a pastor at Glory Community Church and support several local organizations and outreach initiatives.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate for Trevor Butcher - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
