The Database Engineer will focus on developing, maintaining, and enhancing an enterprise relational database used for Integrated Product Support and logistics management in aerospace, defense, and manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and enhance SLICwave Life Cycle database functionality.
• Support Integrated Product Support and logistics management activities.
• Partner with the Logistics Product Data team to develop LSA, LPD, and LORA deliverables.
• Create and maintain catalog and provisioning data.
• Interpret technical data packages and engineering drawings to ensure accurate product representation.
• Generate and manage GEIA-STD-007 compliance reports.
• Develop provisioning Bills of Materials to support Operations & Sustainment activities.
• Work with hardware and software engineers to review system architecture inputs.
• Ensure SLICwave accurately reflects supply chain, LRU, and field-spare requirements.
