The Role

The Data Intelligence team is chartered with advancing data driven decision making across Acrisure. Asa member of theData IntelligenceTeam,you willbe responsible forleading therequirementsgathering,design, implementation and delivery of reporting and analytics capabilitiesfor Finance and Accounting Business Functions.You will be comfortable working across a wide variety of people includingsenior executive leadership, analysts, program management, and technical team members.

  • Drive the development of efficient and reliable reporting and analytics capabilities with a customer-first mindset.

  • Advance the transition of users from legacy means of accessing information to the future state strategies of data enablement andself-service.

  • Create presentation/visualization of data to see beyond the numbers while transforming raw data into actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Identify, adopt, and evangelize dataanalysisbest practices and technical standards.

  • Advocate for andidentifycreative implementations tooptimizebusiness impact.

  • Empower others to grow understanding of the complexity of data by creatively scaling how teams' knowledge is shared and applied

  • Helpidentifybetter practices, tools, and relevant trends that can improve data quality across the business.

  • Design and build BI applications with embedded workflows that automate decision points and enable action directly from data - moving teams beyond passive reporting toward active, data-driven operations.

You may be a fit for this role if youhave:

  • 5+ years of industry experience as a Data Analystor Business Intelligence Professionalserving the finance and accounting business functions.

  • A passion for building remarkable things with data.

  • Demonstrated ability to bea datastorytellerand can go deep in buildingdata visualizationsand reportingusing third partytools(TableauandPowerBI).

  • Strong understanding of data models, structures, theories, principles, and practices.

  • Proficiencyworking with stakeholdersto gatherrequirements,understandprocessand translatethemtodataand create/evaluate associated KPIs.

  • Experience with SQL, Python,PowerBI,Tableau,dbt,BigQuery, Git,Palantirand data modeling

  • Experience with agile projectexecutionand business tools such as Jira&ServiceNow

  • Have excellent communication and leadership skills and can unpack complex problemsin order tofind solutions.

  • Ability to understand the business purpose or problem behind a request.

  • Positive & creative problem solving in the face of data challenges.

  • Flexibility to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
