Job Description

  • Seeking Scrum Master to support delivery for a complex enterprise business capability involving data, reporting, analytics, downstream application use, and future business interpretation. The work may include areas such as performance measurement, sales-related data, organizational activity, enterprise workflows, and achievement-based outcomes.
  • The ideal candidate is an experienced Agile leader who can help teams execute effectively, manage ambiguity, remove obstacles, and work across business, product, technology, and data stakeholders. Experience supporting enterprise data, reporting, analytics, or cross-functional technology initiatives is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile delivery using Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid Agile practices.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and related team ceremonies.
  • Help clarify goals, scope, priorities, risks, dependencies, and delivery expectations.
  • Partner with product owners, business analysts, architects, developers, quality assurance resources, data teams, and stakeholders.
  • Remove impediments, manage cross-team dependencies, and protect the team from unnecessary disruption.
  • Support backlog readiness by helping convert business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery outcomes.
  • Coordinate work involving enterprise data, reporting, analytics, downstream systems, and related application capabilities.
  • Promote transparency, continuous improvement, Agile maturity, quality, and delivery accountability.
  • Identify delivery risks early and help drive practical resolution.
