Within Global Wealth and Asset Management (GWAM) Retail and Wealth Operations, our team is seeking a motivated, collaborative, and forwardthinking individual to help design and deliver digital, automated reporting solutions. You'll work closely with team members and business partners across GWAM Operations, all within a supportive, valued-driven culture that prioritizes your development, wellbeing, and longterm success.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize operational performance and key metrics.

Perform data modeling, transformation, and analysis across multiple datasets to build insightdriven dashboards that support decisionmaking.

Build skills in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot Studio) and SQL, with opportunities to learn additional tools and technologies (Azure, Python, C#, etc.).

Manage permissions and access controls across Power BI workspaces and SharePoint sites in alignment with leastprivilege and audit requirements.

Document solution requirements and present recommendations in a clear and concise manner.

Required Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data modeling.

  • Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and visualization.

  • Exposure to SQL or similar programming/scripting languages.

  • Basic understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 suite, with a willingness to continue developing these skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and consistency.

  • Exposure to cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, Databricks) is an asset.

Salary range is expected to be between

$53,250.00 USD - $88,750.00 USD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
