We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and support organizational growth.

The ideal candidate will oversee employee relations, and HR program management, ensuring compliance with employment laws and fostering a positive workplace culture.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with HRIS systems. The Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in driving process improvements, managing HR data analysis, and supporting training and development programs across the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations by addressing workplace issues promptly and fostering a positive environment.
  • Oversee HR programs related to performance management, training & development, and succession planning.
  • Administer payroll systems to ensure accurate compensation processing.
  • Manage all Benefits, Insurance, and 401K
  • Conduct data collection and analysis to inform HR decisions-making and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies through regular audits and updates.
  • Lead budgeting efforts for HR projects while managing vendor relationships for HR technology solutions.
  • Design and deliver presentations on HR initiatives to leadership teams to support strategic planning.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on change management, program management, and employee relations.
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with supervising experience in an HR setting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in process improvement initiatives within human resources functions.
  • Experience of payroll administration, benefits, insurance, etc.
  • Data analysis skills for effective decision-making based on HR metrics and trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP or PHR) preferred.
