  KPIs, and benefits tracking.
• Capital stewardship: Operate the stage-gated capital portfolio, aligning spend to business case standards market opportunity; manage change control and variance.
• Regulatory and approval compliance: Coordinate internal approvals and required regulatory notifications for branch/ATM actions; maintain complete, audit-ready
  documentation.

Responsibilities (work performed)
• Build and manage an integrated master plan and critical path for branch and ATM programs; synchronize with Corporate Properties, Design/Gensler, Technology, Security,
ATM Operations, Marketing, and Market Planners.
• Produce investment-grade execution packages (scope, schedule, cost, benefits, risks) conforming to business case standards; operate change control and issue/risk logs.
• Orchestrate site-level readiness (leases/landlord actions, permits, construction, technology cutovers, signage/branding, security, staffing/readiness) to meet launch dates.
• Track and report value realization vs. business case (ROI/NPV, accessibility, deposit/revenue impacts, cost-to-serve) and lead post-implementation reviews.
• Prototype and test & learn: Program manage design pilots (with direction from Experience Design Strategist); define test plans and success metrics; incorporate learnings
into standards; manage a controlled change log and release notes for design updates.
