We're seeking a future team member for the role of Client Processing Representative - Wealth Services to join our Wealth Services team. This role is located in Berwyn, Pennsylvania (in office)

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Process a high volume of client transactions and account-related requests in accordance with established procedures; monitor queues and meet service level expectations.

Review work for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements; maintain accurate records and documentation.

Investigate and resolve processing exceptions and discrepancies; coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders; identify risks, escalate appropriately, and support remediation.

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve quality and turnaround time; support adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation; use data and reporting to drive operational improvements; support audit, compliance, and control activities.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred.

0 - 3 years' experience in financial services operations and client processing, preferably within wealth services; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook) and ability to learn internal systems and digital tools quickly.

Strong attention to detail with organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; effective written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Client-focused mindset with sound judgment and risk awareness; ability to work independently and collaboratively; curiosity and continuous improvement mindset, with comfort using AI-enabled tools and automation.
