Brown & Joseph is seeking Data Processing Support position as we continue to grow our team! Data Processing Support handles a variety of administrative tasks. This position is located in-office 5 days a week.
Job Responsibilities:
Data and Reporting:
  • Use Excel for data cleanup and formatting
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
  • Data entry
  • Good time management skills
  • Help create and maintain reports from internal systems
  • Assist with shared inbox management
Administrative & Operational Support
  • Provide front desk reception support by fielding and routing calls, processing mail, and greeting guests
  • Consistent, professional dress, and manner
  • Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation
  • Support general administrative needs across departments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required
Preferred:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) and/or 2 years of professional experience
  • Familiarity with databases or reporting systems
  • Excel analysis
  • Bilingual is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Hourly rate is $20 - $23 per hour (DOE)
