Job Summary
Beyond Trash LLC is seeking a detail oriented Data Entry Clerk to support our daily administrative operations. This position is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining business records related to commercial waste collection services, customer accounts, scheduling, billing support, and operational documentation. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to work with confidential information while maintaining a high level of accuracy. This role works closely with office staff to help ensure company records remain current and support efficient day to day business operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Enter and update customer information, service records, and account details in company databases and software systems.
  • Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before entering information.
  • Maintain electronic and digital filing systems for invoices, service agreements, and operational records.
