Data Entry & Loan Processing Specialist
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Pay: $19.50/hour
Job Type: Temporary-to-Hire
Location: Cascade, MI
Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working with data in a fast-paced office environment? We're looking for a Data Entry & Loan Processing Specialist to join a growing mortgage team in Cascade, MI. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with data entry, administrative, customer service, banking, or office support experience who take pride in accuracy and organization.

What You'll Do
  • Accurately enter loan and borrower information into the company's loan servicing system.
  • Review loan documents to verify information such as interest rates, loan terms, fees, and borrower details.
  • Process loan funding, disbursements, and other financial transactions.
  • Set up escrow accounts for taxes and insurance.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies by working with internal departments.
  • Prepare and send borrower welcome packets.
  • Maintain accurate records while meeting quality and productivity goals.
  • Assist with additional administrative and data entry projects as needed.
