Lodgco Hospitality is looking for a detail‑driven Revenue Coordinator to support our dynamic Revenue Management team. This position is based at our Property Support Office in Grand Rapids, MI, and plays a key part in optimizing performance across our portfolio of hotels.

JOB SUMMARY: Assist in executing revenue management and distribution strategies for hotels.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 

  • Update, process, generate & distribute weekly and monthly reports in various systems for each brand including:
    • Weekly booking pace reports by segment
    • Group reports including pick up and cut off date reports
    • Various booking pace reports for promotional rates, seasonal & special events)
    • Month end segmentation reports, Month end reports, and Monthly forecast summary reports
    • Generate ad-hoc reports as requested
  • Data entry into various systems to assist in preparation of weekly revenue calls, monthly forecast reports, displacements, historical trend reports, etc.
  • Update hotel Demand Calendars & Special Events to include pricing and restrictions for hotel and competitors.
  • Rate & restriction updates
  • Local Corporate Negotiated Rate Loads
  • Update hotel group pricing tools
  • Review weekly brand updates and communicate necessary information to the hotels.
  • Communicate with brand support for property inventory / sales strategy / rate loading issues
  • Rate Parity / special event pricing shops
  • Perform weekly, monthly & periotic audits and monitoring of sales & revenue systems to ensure proper use and compliance of brand revenue management policies and procedures.
  • Revenue Call Meeting Minutes
  • Assist hotels with OTA reconciliation when needed

COMPETENCIES:

  • Understanding of business processes for hotel revenue management
  • Working and technical knowledge of current Sales Systems Technology
  • Knowledge in the use of personal computers, database management, spreadsheets, word processing, and reporting tools
  • Ability to manage and organize projects consistent with hotel, department and company objectives
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team.

 

REQUIRED/PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Familiarity with Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott and / or IHG PMS or Yield Management systems a plus
  • Highly computer literate with a high-level command of Excel
  • Hotel experience preferred

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
