The shift schedule for the part time position is Monday-Friday 2:00 pm-6:00 pm or 3:00-7:00 pm.

What You Will Do as a Data Entry Specialist atLoanCraft:

  • Review and separate loan document packages uploaded to our database by our clients.
  • Monitor and work queues for incoming loan document packages and documents requiring data to be entered into our system to ensure a complete file for review.
  • Enter accurate data off of a wide range of income documents (i.e. tax returns) provided by our clients.
  • Maintain a good relationship with team members and clients.
  • Provide accurate and timely data entry into our system, to generate necessary reports within established time frames.

Qualifications for the Data Entry Specialist Role:

  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced, technology driven environment is critical
  • Ahigh levelof computer proficiency and tying speed required
  • Great attention to detail is paramount
  • High School/GED required
  • No prior experience in financial services necessary
