What Impact You'll Have

GRVTY has a position for a Data Integration Team Lead to join our support for the United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) at Ft Belvoir, VA. In this role, you will Own the Outcome for training support and lead a geographically separated team in the daily operations.

What You'll be Owning

  • Provide data integration support in the form of data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, and data discovery.
  • Work with bilateral or multilateral partners in the areas of intelligence information sharing or intelligence data/system interoperability.
  • Reviews emerging policy and doctrine publications, provides feedback, and assesses for incorporation into data governance.
  • Develops / maintains Standard Operating Procedures as required or designated by the Government

What You Must Have

  • US Citizen with Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education OR Associates degree with 7 years' experience  OR High School Diploma with 9 years
  • 4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
  • Demonstrated experience working with bilateral or multilateral partners in the areas of intelligence information sharing or intelligence data/system interoperability.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.
  • Ability to obtain DoDD 8140.01 (formerly DoDD 8570.01-M) certification / IT Level II within 30 calendar days of indoctrination at HQ INSCOM.
  • 4 years of demonstrated experience providing data integration support in the form of data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, and data discovery.
  • Demonstrated experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks.
