Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy and execution of the company’s data analytics and operations roadmap to align enterprise data capabilities with corporate growth objectives
  • Oversee the delivery of high-impact business intelligence solutions to ensure organizational data is accurate, accessible, and effectively used to inform strategic decision-making
  • Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define key performance indicators and deliver data-driven insights that improve operational efficiency, profitability, and customer experience
  • Establish and enforce global data governance and compliance standards to maintain data integrity, privacy, and regulatory alignment
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of analytics and operations professionals while evolving scalable reporting frameworks and data-driven business processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
  • 10–12+ years of experience in business intelligence, strategic data analytics, or operations management
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role managing analytics or operations teams
  • Demonstrated experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI, including SQL-based reporting
