Job description

Coordinate and oversee the data entry process for critical information in the ERP system. Establish and maintain guidelines, assessing master data related issues and implementing improvement initiatives. Work with users from across the organization to optimize master data practices for the ERP and aid in the development of system reporting and dashboards for evolving business needs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Relevant experience considered

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of ERP or related software experience

  • Experience with ERP or related software
  • Experience with master data related to manufacturing, construction, financials
  • Capability to coordinate work with cross functional teams
  • Development and adherence to business standards

Travel: 0-10%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain data entry guidelines and procedures to streamline data input and minimize errors.
  • Provide training and support to staff on data entry best practices and ERP system usage.
  • Coordinate mass data entry processes to ensure accuracy and consistency across the ERP system.
  • Collaborate with various departments to aid in the development of system reporting based on changing business needs.
  • Monitor data entry accuracy to ensure compliance with established data governance and standards.
  • Train users on data reporting capabilities and share new technologies for improved analytics over time.
  • Analyze system data to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Drive the development and implementation of data quality improvement initiatives.
  • Work with Business Technology and other stakeholders to resolve data-related issues and enhance system functionality.
  • Manage the data obsolescence process.
  • Ensure data security and confidentiality in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
