Responsibilities
  • Support Army logistics enterprise data management through data governance, data quality, metadata management, data modeling, and strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct research and analysis to evaluate enterprise data, business processes, data quality, and emerging issues affecting Army logistics operations.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise data models, business rules, metadata, and documentation supporting Army logistics information requirements.
  • Support data governance activities by implementing standards, policies, procedures, and best practices that improve enterprise data management.
  • Analyze, validate, and monitor data quality to identify inconsistencies, recommend corrective actions, and improve data integrity across enterprise systems.
  • Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze information from multiple enterprise data sources to support executive decision making and organizational priorities.
  • Develop executive-ready briefings, reports, decision papers, presentations, dashboards, and analytical products supporting Army logistics leadership.
  • Coordinate activities and recommendations across multiple Army organizations and stakeholders to improve enterprise data management and governance.
  • Facilitate meetings, working groups, and collaborative planning sessions while documenting decisions and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Support enterprise data stewardship, information management, reporting, and modernization initiatives that improve organizational performance.
  • Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and analytical products to support leadership visibility and informed decision making.
  • Support business development activities, including market research, proposal support, solution development, and client engagement, as required.
  • Perform additional consulting, analytical, and project support activities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Management, Business, Logistics, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related discipline.
  • Three to ten or more years of professional experience supporting Army logistics, enterprise data management, data governance, data quality, data modeling, DoD, or other complex Government organizations.
  • Experience supporting enterprise data governance, metadata management, data modeling, master data management, or data quality initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using databases, reporting tools, data visualization platforms, and collaboration applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, validate, and synthesize information from multiple enterprise data sources into concise, actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive-level briefings, reports, and presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Self-directed, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
  • Available for occasional travel.
  • This position requires an active Secret security clearance. Applicants must be U.S. citizens.

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Advanced degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Management, Business, Logistics, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related discipline.
  • More than five years of experience supporting Army logistics enterprise data management, data governance, or other DoD organizations.
  • Experience supporting headquarters-level data governance, enterprise data stewardship, metadata management, data quality improvement, or information management initiatives.
  • Experience developing dashboards, performance metrics, executive reporting, business intelligence products, or data visualization solutions.
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks, data architecture, business intelligence, workflow modernization, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional working groups and stakeholder engagements.
  • Excellent research, writing, briefing, and staff coordination skills.

Target salary range: $101,426 - $174,890. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications.

Applicants must meet eligibility requirements for a U.S. Government security clearance. Only US Citizens are eligible for a security clearance. For this position, LMI will only consider applicants with security clearances or applicants who are eligible for security clearances, due to the nature of the work.
