Job description

Summary of the Position

The Data Management / Librarian - 3DEXPERIENCE is responsible for enterprise-wide governance and stewardship of customer & supplier products, documents, materials, templates, and knowledge assets within Dassault System 3DEXPERIENCE (R2026x FD02). The role is to ensure and enforces data standards, metadata consistency, lifecycle control, configuration and variant effectivity, and high data quality to ensure discoverability and enable efficient product
development, manufacturing execution, supplier collaboration, and program delivery in an automotive supplier environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Governance & Classification
  • Define a long with develop and maintain attribute schemas, naming conventions, and classification rules (including 3D Classification) tailored to customer part families and vehicle variants.
  • Maintain and enforce metadata completeness rules and maturity states that align to program gates APQP phases (Advanced Product Quality Planning) requirements.
  • Curate Libraries: Comau standard parts, supplier purchased parts, commodity libraries, CAD templates, drawing templates, and knowledge-ware catalogs.
  • Manage versioning, revisions, baselines, life cycle, effectivity (vehicle variant/series), ensure correct configurations are available to engineers and suppliers.
  • Support ECR/ECO/change actions with traceability and impact analysis across EBOM MBOM, options/variants, and vehicle-level effectivity.
  • Participate in patches/upgrades (R2026x FD02), run UAT/regression tests, and validate classification/indexing preservation.
  • Maintain lifecycles, maturity workflows, and release criteria for parts, BOMs, documents, and E/E architecture artifacts.
