Warehouse Associate

Hire Up Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Rochester, Minnesota! Pay Rate: $21 + DOE Schedule: Monday – Friday Shift: 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM / 9:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load, unload, and move materials safely using manual methods and powered industrial equipment
  • Receive, count, check, prepare, and record incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Pick, assemble, package, label, stack, palletize, and route materials for shipment or storage
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other PIT equipment as needed
  • Complete paperwork, documentation, and data entry using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Perform routine housekeeping and support warehouse operations as assigned
  • Follow all company policies including safety, ethics, and anti-harassment guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Experience with powered industrial equipment strongly preferred
  • Ability to operate or willingness to train on warehouse equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, etc.)
  • Strong math, reading, and mechanical aptitude skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
