Job description

The Student Financial Aid Office is seeking Data Clerks toassist with the data entry needs of the financial aid, scholarships, andstudent employment areas. General duties/responsibilities include, but are notlimited to:
Under general supervision, process and disburse incomingdocuments.
File and/or scan documents then shred.
Assemble packets for mailings requests for information and miscellaneousmailings to a large student population.
Review incoming documents processing confidential information, which includes,but not limited to parent and/or student income, academic progress, financialaid awards, immigration status, etc.
Adhere to Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) guidelines.
Retrieving student's information from Workflow in OnBase and logging it on toBanner.
*Other duties as assigned.
